A brief history of WDA; as many of you know *WDA* stands for *WE DIE ALOT* “The WDA Clan” was started by freedom29 and Dies Alot several years ago. Since the clan’s inception, it has been a place for the members and guests to get together and in Tsunami’s words “Fragg like there is no tomorrow!!” The *We Die Alot* TS server was created for members to be able to play on custom maps, which was a blessing at the time since we usually had more members than slots. Freedom’s family kept the server up for us to enjoy until his circumstances changed and school became a priority. With his permission, a handful of us volunteered to help share the expense of keeping the original clan server up and running. Freedom29 is still around and keeps and eye on us.
The *WE DIE ALOT* clan servers recruit only by invitation! We don’t have rank and leaders; it’s pretty much a democracy. Of course if you play with us often, you can always let us know who you are and why you want to join our clan. We welcome everyone who wants to have lots of fun and plays with respect for others.
We do take donations! We have also simplified the process for ease of accounting. Instead of asking all members to give several times a year, we are asking those who can afford it to pay for the server for one month. We will go in rotation through the willing. We adjusted the slot count to match the activity on our server. There are still quite a few members out there, hopefully we get a little ahead of ourselves and try a new server when new COD4 comes out.
